"Disgust
He who is disgusted with his own life,
is often disgusted due to the people around him.
The fallen world is not perfect.
The fallen world is not yet a paradise.
The fallen world tries to break the nerves though made of steel
and spoils the fine feelings of a strong but gentle person.
Still there are so many beautiful things here.
Still there are so many people with compassionate hearts.
Still there is hope, that one day the existing evil will be totally eliminated.
Dear Lord,
make my life here useful to others and joyful for me. Amen."
