God
of all networks, we thank you for the links that you have provided amongst your
creation. We ask you to Google our minds and quicker our loneliness and import
in us the sense of Nokia in connecting with people. Lord, we request you to
chat with us in the real world. Update us with the experiences of the people
and help us to attend the calls of the one’s calling on phone and in reality.
We ask all these in the name of the one who called us and to communicate the
message of love, Jesus Christ, Our Lord. Amen.

We live in a cyber world which redefines space, community,
and relationships. We are all citizens of this virtual world where we have the
possibility to create new communities and to experience fellowship and
spirituality in non-conventional ways. This demands the courage and creativity
to re-imagine ekklesia as an open community of strangers who are committed to
become friends. At the same time we also need to be critically conscious about
the reality that the cyber world is not accessible to all. Cyber world
privileges a few and thereby divides the community. That calls for our
interventions to make the cyber world more just and democratic and use that
space to make the church happen in our times.

with God
Lord
we pray for the youth here in our nation and around the world, who are
connected through cyber space into a virtual world where the reality grows
invisible. We ask you to help us reclaim our realities through our experiences
and that of the others we see around. May your empower us to challenge the
human made technologies that isolating us from the realities of human life.
Lord
we pray for the church that she will enhance her network so that it reaches the
youth. Lord we ask you to guide us, the church, to be receptive to the networks
of the youngsters; we acknowledge their creativity and their adaptation to the
advancing technologies of today. Teach the church to accommodate the young
intellectual minds and the advancements in today’s cyber age.
Compassionate
God, we specially pray for the ones who isolate themselves by embracing the
virtual world forgoing the real world. Give us a sense of community life and
togetherness so that we all may gather with one spirit to live what you have
taught us.

Ever loving God, we thank you for
hearing our plea and for being present with us in this worship. We ask your
guiding presence to go with us and continue to inspire to discern the community
life and guide us to embrace community than isolating ourselves into a world
that is not real. We have been creating
communities that are not real and building people in a faceless world. Lead us
to build communities in the real world so that we do not alienate and encourage
isolation of people. We pray this prayer in the name of the one who enhances
community life, Jesus Christ, Our Lord. Amen.
Benediction
May
the essence of mutual communion of the blessed trinity, God, the creator, Son
the redeemer and Holy Spirit, the sustainer be present and dwell with us all
