BIRTHDAY SERMON

Reference:  Psalms 34: 1-1O

Three Things we should do in this New Year. We should

·         Praise our LORD

·         Seek our LORD

·         Experience our LORD

Ø  PRAISE OUR LORD:   Psalms 34:1-3

Praise god for adding one more year in your life.

Praise god for all the things what he has done in the past (Psa 103:3-5)

Things like forgiving our sins, healing our diseases, redeemed our life, satisfy our desires, and crown us with love compassion and long life.

When you start praising, god will help you to overcome all the problems and hurdles in your life in this New Year.

Ø  SEEK OUR LORD:      Psalms 34:4-6

Seek god more and more in this New Year.

Seek lord through Prayers.

When you seek the lord, he will deliver you from all fears, shame and troubles.

Ø  EXPERIENCE OUR

LORD:                            Psalms 34:8, 9

Taste/ experience the lord in this New Year.

We can experience the lord by reading the bible.

When you read the bible, it gives courage to face the world, strength when you are weak; hope when you are hopeless, confidence when you lack confidence.  

When you experience the lord, he will always be with you and you won’t lack anything in this New Year.

Ø  CONCLUSION:          Psalms 34:10

So if you Praise, Seek and experience the Lord, then there will be always blessings and prosperity in your life. Amen
