Dear Lord, when compared to your life, the ages of the universe is almost nothing.
When compared to the lives of the saints our lives are nothing.
When compared to life in heaven, the life in earth is nothing. We are nothing.
Create in us a pure heart and make us fit for the heavenly life while we are still on earth.
