God's Generosity
He makes his sun rise on the evil and on the good, and sends rain on the righteous and on the unrighteous.
Matthew 5:45
The sun shines for God's good children,
but the bad people also enjoy the sun shine.
It rains for God's honest children,
but the dishonest people also use the rain.
The wind blows for God's kind children,
but the cruel people are also benefited by the wind.
The bad ones spoil the joy of the people.
The good ones also have to suffer.
The dishonest ones spoil the trust among the people.
The honest ones also are are suspected and disrespected.
The cruel ones spoil the peace of the world.
The kind ones also are terrorized and suffer the war casualties.
Dear Lord, you make your sun shine on bad and good people alike. You give rain to those who do right and those who do wrong. Give me the same generosity so that I may help others, whether they have the similar views that I have or not, whether they belong to my race and culture or not, whether they do good to me or not.
